Winter tilapia

Usually tilapia is not realy active at winter.
But I was already at the lake taking photoes of Carpfishing competition.
So why shouldn't I try and cast a fly at the end of the day when the water is a little warmed up...
The one ate the whole Copper John on 14 hook.
